Hi there 👋🏻,

Iniva exists to build useful software, carefully, over a long period of time.

We are a small software studio based in Norway. We build our own products, work with a limited number of selected clients, and try to stay close to the real problems our customers face every day.

Our goal is not to chase trends, grow as fast as possible, or become a large company for the sake of it. We want to build products that become better year after year. Products people can trust. Products that quietly do their job and help good businesses grow.

That means we choose a different way of working.

We stay small, focused, and close to the work.
We work remotely, with fewer meetings and more time to think and build.
We avoid rigid processes and trust good judgment, ownership, and craftsmanship.
We are bootstrapped, so we can make long-term decisions without investor pressure.
We listen carefully to customers and let real feedback shape the products over time.

I believe the best software companies are built by people who care deeply about the details. Not just the code, but the whole experience: onboarding, support, reliability, documentation, performance, and the small improvements that compound over years.
